CoD: Black Ops 3 Brings Star Power To Zombie Mode
If there has been one overwhelmingly consistent mark of excellence for Treyarch’s efforts with the Call of Duty franchise, it would be in its Zombie Mode. Decidedly stylistic, full of effort and rich with intrigue, what was once perhaps an afterthought has become the center of attention for subsections of the first-person shooter’s fanbase. As Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 gears up for this holiday 2015 release, a reveal trailer for the game’s Zombie Mode, titled “Shadows of Evil,” will bring high-caliber actors of the silver screen to VA work for a video game.
“Shadows of Evil” will bring a co-op Black Ops 3 Zombie Mode to a fictional 1940’s location of Morg City, settled with a staunch noir horror theme. The four characters are The Femme Fatale, The Magician, The Cop and The Boxer. Banding together, they will need as much firepower as they can get to take down zombies, flying insects, the occasional three-headed monster and more. Per usual, powerups like Juggernog and others will help you power up and progress to more difficult levels of combat.

Speaking of power, it’s star power that will really bring CoD: Black Ops 3’s Zombie Mode to life. The role of Femme Fatale will be played by Heather Graham (Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me, Boogie Nights), The Magician will be played by Jeff Goldblum (Jurassic Park, Independence Day), Ron Perlman (Hellboy, Sons of Anarchy) is The Boxer and Neal McDonough (Justified, Band of Brothers) is The Cop. Each actor brings a certain reverence to their film and television roles, and it will be interesting to see how much effort will be transferred when stepping into the world of video games voice acting.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be released for the PC, PS4, Xbox One, PS3 and Xbox 360 on November 6th.
