Remedy Entertainment have confirmed that Quantum Break will not be appearing at E3 2015, with the company opting to wait until Gamescom in August to reveal more information about the game.

The news was released via a new video celebrating Remedy’s 20th anniversary, which features Sam Lake discussing some of the company’s most famous games, as well as detailing a new competition to commemorate the occasion.

Sam doesn’t mention E3 directly, but explains that Gamescom will be the next chance for gamers to see new Quantum Break footage, as well as an all-new demo for those who visit Remedy’s theater on the show floor.

Quantum Break, which will release exclusively for Xbox One, has seen a number of delays in its life-span so far. We’ll have to wait until Gamescom to see if the game appears to be on schedule for a 2016 release or whether it will undergo another delay.

We finally got a chance to see some gameplay last year, and it’ll be interesting to see how far the game has progressed when the new footage emerges later this August.

Check out the newly-released video below.
