Halo: ODST Remaster Is NOT Coming Out May 29th
After a listing popped up showing the (long-awaited?) remaster of Halo 3: ODST coming out this Friday, May 29th, the official Halo twitter has said the listing was in error.

It seems that May 29th was merely a placeholder date for the Halo 3: ODST remaster, as explained today by the official twitter account:
A placeholder release date for the ODST campaign for Halo: The Master Chief Collection was inadvertently listed on the Xbox Store. (1/2)

If you remember, thanks to the Halo: Master Chief Collection being a giant debacle whose online component literally did not function for months after launch, the Halo 3: ODST remaster was promised as a freebie to anybody who bought and played the Master Chief Collection online before December 19th. As of right now, there is still no release date for the Halo 3: ODST remaster. Maybe it’ll drop at E3?
