Nintendo NX Rumored For Reveal, 2016 Release

2016 may bring in a new console reveal and release.
If all goes to plan, 2016 will debut the next Nintendo console and release it later in the year. Code-named the Nintendo NX, a reported rumor claims Nintendo will reveal the console between March and May and set for a November release date, according to Nomura Securities analyst Junko Yamamura. Nomura Securities also expect Nintendo to lower its expectations on the Wii U and 3DS, so more focus can be put into the new console.
Remember, before the excitement and hype begin to generate, nothing is confirmed.

Nintendo’s president and CEO promises a new direction experience on the NX. “I can assure you we’re not building the next version of Wii or Wii U,” said Tatsumi Kimishima.”It’s something unique and different. It’s something where we have to move away from those platforms in order to make it something that will appeal to our consumer base.”
If the NX wants to toss its hat into the ongoing “console war” then it must be packed with impressive hardware, be ready for a lineup of new games at launch, and keep the fun-loving gimmicks to a minimum.
Nintendo has been the third wheel for quite sometime now, but anything can happen with a new console and new beginning. Many questions are still swirling around; we will have to wait a bit before answers arise.
