Fallout 4 Confirmed, First Trailer
Fallout 4 has finally been confirmed, and it’s coming to Xbox One, PS4 & PC.
More about Fallout 4 will certainly be revealed at Bethesda’s pre-E3 press event on Sunday, June 14th. But it’s pretty clear Fallout 4 takes place in a post-apocalyptic Boston, which had previously been rumored. Check out the first trailer for Fallout 4 below:
Editor’s note: As per the press release, Todd Howard will be at the helm for Fallout 4. He had previously directed and executive produced Fallout 3, making him the perfect candidate for the job. “We know what this game means to everyone,” said Todd Howard. “The time and technology have allowed us to be more ambitious than ever. We’ve never been more excited about a game, and we can’t wait to share it.” Fallout 4 will be developed by Bethesda Game Studios.

The trailer seems to indicate we might get a little more backstory on how the nuclear apocalypse happened, but that could also just be all we see of life before the apocalypse. The trailer also seems to indicate that you’ll have an important canine companion in Fallout 4. Having a dog is nothing new to the Fallout series, but I had a hell of a time trying to keep them alive. No other information such as a release window has been posted yet, but as I said, we’ll probably learn a lot more about Fallout 4 at Bethesda’s press event in just 11 days.
