New Xbox One Backward Compatible Games Are Up
By Vinny Lanni
Xbox One owners welcome in ten new games for your gaming pleasure.
The latest batch of Xbox One compatible games are here to play. This month ushers in 10 new titles to bring the total number of games up to 130.
About a month ago, we saw 16 games added to the library, now we get 10 more. Personally, I prefer last month’s arsenal of games, but this month wasn’t a bad hall. Also, more games are expected in the future – don’t be bummed out if your favorite Xbox 360 game has yet to be announced.
As for today, here is the list you have been waiting for:
- Aegis Wing
- Age of Booty
- Counter-Strike Global Offensive
- Jeremy McGrath’s Offroad
- Sam & Max Save the World
- Skullgirls
- Small Arms
- Soulcalibur
- Space Giraffe
- The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings
The two big names here include the first Soulcalibur and Skullgirls – two highly praised fighting games. In addition the the list, The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings is available for free until Feb.5.

Fighting game fans should be happy with today’s announcement. For those who aren’t a fan of fighting games, there are still 128 other games to play.
Will we see our first Call of Duty (Black Ops II, the most requested game) addition next month? That’s what I am waiting for, along with the great Red Dead Redemption. Make your voice heard and vote for the games you’d like to see in the future.
