Tri Force Heroes Demo Codes Are On Their Way
Nintendo just sent out a batch of emails to various Nintendo 3DS owners with demo codes for their upcoming title: The Legend of Zelda Tri Force Heroes. The Tri Force Heroes demo codes come in batches of three, so you can play with two of your friends as intended, and feature a single dungeon adventure. Check your email if you own a 3DS to see if you are a recipient.
At the time, only local play is available, but online co-op mode will also be enabled during specific times. Here’s the full email from Nintendo:
"You’ve been selected to try out The Legend of Zelda™: Tri Force Heroes game before it’s released. Here’s how it works:"
"Use the code below to download the demo."
"Once downloaded, you can play the available dungeon with two friends* via local play. (Other modes such as single-player and download play won’t be available.)"
"You can also try out online co-op mode during these hours: 10/16: 5 PM – 10 PM PT 10/17: 5 PM – 10 PM PT 10/18: 7 AM – 12 PM PT"
The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes is a co-op action-adventure title in the style of Four Swords Adventures. It will be released for Nintendo 3DS on October 22 (JP), October 23 (NA and EU), and October 24 (AU) of 2015.
