• Teslagrad (Cross-Buy: PS4, PS3)

For the PS3, the PlayStation Plus September 2015 lineup is:

• Twisted Metal
• Teslagrad (Cross-Buy: PS3, PS4)

For the PlayStation Vita, the PlayStation Plus September 2015 lineup is:

• Super Time Force Ultra (Cross-Buy: Vita, PS4)
• Xeodrifter (Cross-Buy: Vita, PS4)
• La Mulana EX

So there is your PlayStation Plus September 2015 Lineup. Remember, you can  redeem the PlayStation Plus games online in the PlayStation Store, on the PlayStation app on your smartphone, or your PlayStation system of choice.
