WWE 2K16’s Pre-Order Bonus Is…The Terminator?!

He’s back! Those who opt to pre-order 2k Games’ new WWE title will receive Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Terminator as a playable character.

There will be two different models of the T-800 character in WWE 2K16, with each version based on the first two Terminator movies. Opinion appears to be divided from the gaming community as to whether this is fun addition or a ridiculous money grabbing technique, but I’m going to lean towards the former option for now.
As long as 2K are still committed to their long term goal of creating a realistic representation of the action which plays out within the squared circle each week, I can’t see an issue with the addition of a beloved movie icon to the series.
It’ll be interesting to see what type of entrance and move-set will be applied to Arnie’s character in the game. No guesses as of yet, although he was involved in Triple H’s extravagant entrance at Wrestlemania 31, which may give us an idea of the type of entrance that we can expect.
Some of the more seasoned WWE gamers may remember that a similar addition was made in WWF: Just Bring It! back in 2001, in which Fred Durst of Limp Bizkit fame was included as a playable character.
