E3 2015: Gears of War: Ultimate Edition Coming To PC
Perhaps one of the first truly exciting moments in the first half of the PC Gaming Show, the head of Coalition Studios has announced that the previously leaked Gears of War: Ultimate Edition will also be coming to PC through the upcoming release of Windows 10.

Although I’m sure the Xbox One version of the Gears of War: Ultimate Edition remaster, knowing the powerful graphic capabilities of a high-end PC will sure to really pop. It will support DirectX 12, mouse and keyboard plus gamepad play, alongside the option to play in up to 4K resolution.
As great as it is for Microsoft to stick to their word when it comes to evolving their development of the PC platform, it really strikes me as odd that Gears of War: Ultimate Edition doesn’t carry more of the series as a collection. The original Gears of War title is the only game in the series that is already on Microsoft Windows, although it’s not nearly as available as a digital download.
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition will be released on August 25th. Make sure to keep it here with us at GameSided all week, as we will keep you up to date on all the announcements, reveals, gameplay, trailers & more for E3 2015!
