E3 2015: The Elder Scrolls Legends Is The New Card Game On The Block
At their E3 press conference this evening, Bethesda revealed that they’re stepping up to compete with Hearthstone. They unveiled their own card game based on the popular Elder Scrolls series, called The Elder Scrolls Legends. Check out the trailer:
We don’t have a confirmed release date yet, but it will be coming out sometime later this year. Details are scarce. We do know that it seems to follow along the same lines as Hearthstone and will feature many popular characters and creatures from The Elder Scrolls. The Elder Scrolls Legends will be free to play, and will be available for both mobile and PC.
With no idea about the gameplay or what this might entail, it’s hard to say whether this will be a real competitor with Hearthstone, a flop, or its own unique niche. Hopefully we’ll find out more details either on the E3 show floor, or sometime in the near future.
