Ubisoft To Bring Back Aisha Tyler, #girlwood For E3 2015
When you have become so ingrained with the mindshare of Ubisoft as a presenter that you’re even an NPC in one of their games, it only makes sense to be brought back time and time again. For the third straight year, Aisha Tyler is back with Ubisoft to host their E3 2015 Media Briefing event. It looks like Mr. Caffeine will have to stay home once more this year, while the rest of us will be watching their E3 trailer.
As the trailer suggests, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate will be the big draw for Ubisoft this year. Interspliced with footage from last year’s event (including Aisha Tyler looking as dapper as ever walking down vague backstage hallways), it looks like we’ll also see more info about Tom Clancy’s The Division and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege, with no other titles being teased as of yet.

Don’t worry, that shouldn’t be it for Ubisoft. Like last year, they will likely make time to show off a small project from one of their development studios, some poorly crafted jokes and a huge game reveal for a title coming out at least 2 years from now (at the bare minimum). In fact, it’s a lot better than what happened last year, when they straight-up revealed most of what they were going to show off before their media briefing even went live. There’s still time to repeat that mistake, although I’d rather be surprised about what we see this time around.
