Middle-Earth Shadow Of Mordor Game Of The Year Edition Coming In May
According to IGN, Warner Bros. has announced that Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor Game of the Year edition will be released on May 5th for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game will cost $49.99 and includes all DLC. That means all the skins, runes, challenge modes, and missions, plus the story DLC The Lord of the Hunt and The Bright Lord. This is a great chance to check out the game and all it has to offer if you haven’t yet, since the regular version without DLC costs the same amount as the Game of the Year edition currently.
The Game of the Year edition is apt, since Shadow of Mordor did very well in most Game of the Year selections both for developers and websites. We ranked it fifth in our Game of the Year listing.
Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor takes place in the same universe as Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings, but tells a very different story. You play as Talion, a man gifted with wraith-like abilities bent toward revenge on Sauron for killing his wife. You should check out Keith’s review of the game if you’re still not sure about it.
