Xenoblade Chronicles X Gets North American Nintendo Direct
At last! Nintendo has announced that there will be a Nintendo Direct tomorrow, April 24th, at 11:00am Pacific, 2:00pm Eastern time. This Direct will be all about Xenoblade Chronicles X, which means as western release date is all but guaranteed. After the Direct, there will be a Nintendo Treehouse: Live presentation for the game as well.
Xenoblade Chronicles X will be released for the Wii U on Wednesday, April 29th, in Japan and is slated to come out sometime in 2015 in North America. With Legend of Zelda: Wii U disappearing into the fog that is 2016, Xenoblade Chronicles X offers something to look forward to this year…so long as its localization doesn’t get delayed.
We’re looking forward to all the footage from the game we’ll get to see tomorrow, but in the meantime, here’s some exploration footage from Nintendo from the Japanese version of the game:
(and just listen to that soundtrack!)
