As
several months ago, the open sourced media player PLEX appears headed to the Xbox One. This picture was posted on one of the Xbox One Reddit pages and it appears to show the media player on an Xbox One. Although I am not sure of any timeframe, it would seem likely that PLEX is getting closer to a potential launch.
What a great way for the Xbox One to continue its pursuit of being the only media hub you need. PLEX gives the user the flexibility to stream media from their hard drives, thereby freeing up the limited Xbox One hard drive space for more games. Keep your fingers crossed that this is sooner rather than later.
