Many of these same fans have been asking questions on what the chances 343 Industries would retool the last two Halo games. Well, it seems the folks at 343 have at least taken notice. Executive producer Dan Ayub said “it’s not in our development timeline, but we’ve heard that question so much that it has seeped into our collective subconscious.” The door was at left wide-open for the remaining two games.
