NBA 2K15’s newest extended trailer showing off the presentation of the game has hit the streets and per usual, it looks amazing. NBA 2K has been known to be one of the best, if not the best, sports simulated experiences since NBA 2K11 and this looks like it will be another step up in the series.

NBA 2K14 was an interesting game that tried to do many things to improve in the PS4 and Xbox One version, however, I felt like the presentation was ramped down a bit as they upped the quality of graphics. With Shaq, Ernie, and what looks like the return of more elaborate introductions, this trailer shows an invigorated look at the new NBA 2K15 to go along with a new look NBA. Lebron is a bit leaner and sporting a Cavaliers Jersey. Lance Stephenson is in his Hornets jersey. The in game shoes are updated.
I had no doubt that Visual Concepts could bring back the presentation I loved to the game. As the next couple weeks go by and we get more information on NBA 2K15, I hope we can see a bit more about the more often highlighted problems of 2K14 (such as VC integration and online server issues that have plagued so many NBA 2K games).
NBA 2K15 hits retailers and digital distributors October 7, 2014 on PS4, PS3, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.
