Gamescom 2014: Check Out 11 Minutes Of AC Unity Gameplay

We definitely know that the PS4/Xbox One Assassin’s Creed game, Unity looks very impressive, with a level of detail new to the already graphically amazing series.

At E3, Ubisoft mostly showed off Unity’s brand new 4-player co-op mode, without showing much as pertains to the single-player portion of the game. This new Gamescom trailer shows of one of protagonist Arno’s first assassination missions, along with providing commentary. It stresses how non-linear and open the gameplay in Unity is, just giving you a basic objective and leaving it up to you how to achieve it, giving you various avenues and means of doing so.

It also discusses “mod missions”, optional objectives that can affect how the mission plays out, as well as a “new parkour experience” that opens up new paths for following. Check out the full trailer below:
