E3 2014: Wii U Smash Bros Bundle Announced

Not only will the Nintendo Wii U get that Gamecube Controller and adaptorannounced before E3 2014 even began, but now a Wii USmash Brosbundle has been officially revealed by Nintendo. Pricing information has also been released.

First off, the Gamecube controller itself will be priced at $29.99. The adaptor will be released for $19.99. Finally, a Wii USmash Brosbundle that contains the controller, the adaptor andSuper Smash Bros for Wii Uwill cost your $99.99.

With the fighting game community in mind, the peripherals seem to be unnecessary to those who want to experience the core gameplay with the Wii U Pro controller. However, as the Gamecube controller is one of my favorites of all time, it may be tempting to pick up.

All of these peripherals, including the Wii USmash Brosbundle, will become available for sale onceSuper Smash Bros for Wii Uis released for sale.
