Candy Crush Saga will come pre-installed on the newest Windows platform. Microsoft announced the news on their blog earlier today.
Developed by King and released in 2012, the popular match-3 puzzle game joins the ranks of Solitaire, Minesweeper, and Hearts. In 2014, users have spent nearly $1.3 billion USD on in-app purchases.
“As an added bonus, Candy Crush Saga will automatically be installed for customers that upgrade to or download Windows 10 for periods of time following the game launch. It will even include cross-play options for your iOS and Android devices,” the blog post read.
In addition to pre-installed Candy Crush Saga, other King titles will be available for Windows 10. There is no word on whether these other titles will also be pre-installed.
Windows 10 is expected to arrive on PCs this summer.
