Telltale Game of Thrones Will Be Six Episodes Long
When it was looking certain that Telltale Games would be delaying their Game of Thrones release into 2015, in comes one fateful tweet to save the day. Not only will the Game of Thrones series “premiere soon,” but it will last six episodes. That is one more episode in the “season” (or whatever run they intend to go with) than what has normally occurred with The Walking Dead and The Wolf Among Us. The first episode will be called “Iron From Ice.”

Considering the fact that this new Game of Thrones entry will follow the lives of five characters within one house whom are playable and have decisions affecting the others, you can see more and more aspects as to how Telltale Games has been adapting their graphic adventure approach. Six episodes is seemingly overkill, but more than welcome to fans of George R.R. Martin’s novels, the HBO television program and the morality-driven style of gameplay.
We’ll be sure to let you know when the first episode of Telltale’s Game of Thrones, “Iron From Ice,” will see its release.
