Seriously? Would a Destiny Perfume smell like one of the three classes available in the game? One of the many weapons? The moon? Actually sorry, the Destiny Perfume is not a real fragrance but a clever unofficial advert for the upcoming game specifically for Xbox One owners.

There is an actual website for a Destiny Perfume, but if you decide to “discover more” about it, you get this message (along with a prompt to pre-order the game):
"Okay so here’s the lowdown. Destiny is actually an epic new first-person shooter, available on Xbox. Thing is, we didn’t have permission to run adverts for the game.So we didn’t. Thanks for smelling that something was up. Now get the game and become a legend."
I wasn’t aware the Microsoft wasn’t really allowed to officially promote Destiny, but given how closely the game has been tied to the PS4, it makes sense and this is kind of a clever way to get around it. Destiny is out this Tuesday for PS4, Xbox One, PS3 & Xbox 360.
