The Wii U virtual console hasn’t gotten a lot of love, but that finally looks to be changing,as Capcom is set to release 12 classic titles on Nintendo’s service. There is no release date set for these titles, but they are all expected to come out on the virtual console by the end of 2014. Some will also release on the 3DS Virtual Console. The list includes SNES classicBreath of Fire,Gargoyle’s Quest IIand a whole slew ofMega Mantitles.

The vast majority of those titles are pretty highly regarded. Obviously, anyMega Manfan will be in heaven. I’ve actually always wanted to tryMega Man Battle Networkpersonally and have never gotten around to it, so this’ll be a good chance. Capcom has more titles planned for the Virtual Console (Mega Man Zero 2,Mega Man Battle Network 2, andMega Man Battle Network 3, because there can never be enoughMega Man), but those aren’t coming til sometime in 2015.
