E3 2014: Halo: The Master Chief Collection Announced For Xbox One

It had been rumored in an Engadget report earlier this year, but now Microsoft has taken to the stage at E3 2014 to make it official. Halo: The Master Chief Collection has been announced for the Xbox One, and will feature all 4 of the previous mainline Halo games in one purchasable bundle for Microsoft’s newest console. It has been officially announced for Xbox one, including all four games and comes out November 11th. It will contain every multi-player map, which is over 100, include 4000 gamerscore and will have Halo 2 original multi-player untouched. Every game will be in 1080p and running at 60fps. This sounds like the penultimate Halo connection.

Microsoft also mentioned Halo: Nightfall, which will introduce a new character and tie Halo 4 & Halo 5 together along with a beta for Halo: Guardians. Check out the trailer below:
