E3 2014: Over 84 Million Xbox 360 Units Have Been Sold To Retailers
Although the focus is on current-gen games and consoles with the Xbox One, PS4 and Wii U, that doesn’t mean that one can’t boast about their last-gen consoles. Microsoft has revealed that they have sold over 84 million Xbox 360 units to retailers in its lifetime.

While the last we heard about the PS3 was that it was hovering around the 80 million mark, it’s still quite remarkable to see the long legs that the Xbox 360 has encountered entering its 9th year. Plus, with 7th-generation consoles still getting games coming this and next year, who knows if we see the Xbox 360 approach 90 million in sales after all is said and one.
