The 50 Best Xbox One Games Right Now
Best Xbox One Games List – #46 FIFA 15
Developer: EA Canada
Publisher: EA Sports
Xbox One Release Date: September 23, 2014
The first footy game developed with the Xbox One in mind not to be released half a year later, FIFA 15 brings home a more realistic beautiful game by going ham on its licensing deals. This version was where EA partnered with the Premier League to bring all 20 official stadiums into the game, in addition to fully licensing Serie A and most of the Serie B teams. This is in addition to 35 licensed leagues, 600 clubs, 16,000+ players and 41 licensed stadiums.
As opposed to the Madden series, FIFA 15 uses the Ignite engine more to illustrate what you can do with the ball itself. The physics engine has been revamped to bring more realistic strikes across all players, whether kicks come from goalies, midfielders or strikers. Ultimate Team continues to build an addictive, card-based team building mechanic. Dribbling and ball handling feels more skilled and varying, tailored to the player and the character. FIFA may stand alongside its competitors, but its offerings at realism and immersion through licensing are unrivaled.
