Game Awards 2015: Shadow Complex Remaster Announced

Shadow Complex, one of Xbox 360’s best downloadable games, is getting an HD remaster for all next gen platforms

Shadow Complex was one of the early highlights of Microsoft’s Xbox Live Arcade Game program, now it is getting a remaster, appropriately titled Shadow Complex Remastered.

While Shadow Complex was an Xbox 360 exclusive, Shadow Complex Remastered will be coming to PS4, Xbox One & PC in 2016. You can check out the trailer for Shadow Complex Remastered below:

Shadow Complex is one of the most highly acclaimed games of the previous generation, winning many game of the year awards and showing that a $15 downloadable game can be on par with on $60 big budget title in terms of quality gameplay. The newly remastered version will feature all of the original content along with better graphics, new dynamic melee take-downs and additional Achievements and Master Challenges. Now word on pricing or release date, but if you want it on PC, you can download the game for free until December 31st for the official website.

Will this lead to a long overdue Shadow Complex sequel? Well if the game sells well, probably. Once again, Shadow Complex Remaster is due out for all platforms sometime in 2016.
