Dark Souls II PC Release Date Coming In April
While Dark Souls is coming out on the PS3 and Xbox 360 in less than a week, fans of the Souls series looking for the PC version may have to wait a short while. The Dark Souls II PC release date has been confirmed for April 25th on the Dark Souls Facebook page.
It has been known for some time that the PC version of Dark Souls II would not release alongside the console version, yet it was very much up in the air as to how long the actual delay would be. The PC gaming market is quite small in Japan, even smaller than the console market that saw an understandably modest initial release for the PS4 in the country (compared to the other big gaming markets). Hopefully the finished product will be of a higher quality than the Dark Souls PC release that saw modders do what From Software didn’t.
The Dark Souls II PC release date states the game will come on April 25th, just over 6 weeks after the releases of the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions on March 11th.
