San Diego Chargers @ Tennessee Titans

In one of the more competitive and entertaining games of Week 3 came, the Chargers and Titans took part in a back and forth contest that came down to the game’s final drive.

With the team’s tied at 17 after the Titans’ Chris Johnson took a hand off 66 yards for a game-tying touchdown, QB Philip Rivers and the Chargers offense drove down field in the final two minutes with a chance to win a game.

After being stopped at the Titans 41 yard line, Chargers kicker Nick Novak attempted a 59-yard field goal. Though he missed the kick, the Titans were charged with being offside on the play which gave San Diego a second opportunity from five yards closer. Novak didn’t waste the second chance as he nailed the 54-yard kick to give the Chargers the three point lead.

The Titans fumbled the ensuing kick which sealed the deal for San Diego.
