Atlanta Falcons @ New Orleans Saints

The two clear-cut favorites to win the NFC South in 2013, Atlanta and New Orleans put on a game that was a 10 on the entertainment scale.

Matt Ryan and Drew Brees went punch for punch with each other as each threw for over 300 yards and three touchdowns. It took a single mistake by the Saints in the fourth quarter for the Falcons to pull away.

With the game tied at 28 midway through the fourth, Brees’ pass was intercepted by Desmond Trufant at the New Orleans 35 and returned for a touchdown to give Atlanta the 35-28 lead. After holding to Saints to a field goal on their next possession, the Falcons marched down field in five plays for a touchdown drive that was capped by a screen pass to Jacquizz Rodgers that went 22 yards to the endzone.
