Persona 4 Seems To Be Heading For PS3

Usually when big news of beloved games breaks out, it leaks through anonymous sources, press releases or in eagle-eyed gamers trolling for trademarks. Today, however, as Destructoid revealed, that news can come out through the ESRB. Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 looks to be headed towards the PlayStation 3 sometime in the future. Seeing how it is already rated by the ESRB, it could be somewhat close to a release.

Persona 4 has already seen ports to newer devices. Persona 4: Golden was a huge hit for those who own the PS Vita and are a fan of JRPG’s and playing games about school students while actually in school. It saw new social links, characters, cutscenes, outfits and personas. There’s no word if Atlus plans to make the PS3 version based on Persona 4: Golden, as they have yet to make a formal announcement.
