The WWE 2K24 update 1.02 patch notes are here with a list of changes, including fixes to Jey Uso's entrance, The Fiend's wardrobe, and Royal Rumble matches.

WWE 2K24 is off to a strong start as fans explore all the game has to offer. Whether players opt to begin their own career in MyRISE, build a dream faction, or simply just head straight to the ring, they have more options than ever before. Despite the exciting new additions, though, there are a few pesky glitches and issues with WWE 2K24 that hinder gameplay in multiple modes. Fortunately, the developers already issued a patch to correct many of the community's reported concerns.

Here's the full list of changes in the WWE 2K24 update 1.02 patch notes, per 2K Sports:

  • Updated the crowd animations for Jey Uso’s entrance.
  • Addressed reported concerns related to The Fiend’s boots when modifying their color in Create-a-Superstar.
  • Addressed reported concerns of custom MITB briefcases not showing in rivalry actions within Universe Mode.
  • Addressed reported concerns related to walking up the ramp in Create-a-Moveset when the match type is set to Hell in a Cell.
  • Addressed reported concerns of both eye colors changing while only editing one.
  • Addressed reported concerns of custom videos not appearing in Royal Rumble matches.
  • Addressed reported concerns of the game soft locking if subtitles were enabled before entering the Performance Center for the first time.
  • Updated Gallus’ trio entrance so they walk together.
  • Addressed reported concerns with multiple images not appearing properly within Create-an-Arena.

The patch addresses certain quality of life issues, as well as performance issues raised by the community since the game's release. In fact, fans will be happy to know that almost all the changes in the recent patch are from reported concerns brought to the developers' attention by the community.

How to Get Early Access to WWE 2K24

To get early access to WWE 2K24, players must purchase the Deluxe Edition or the 40 Years of WrestleMania Edition on PC, Xbox, or PlayStation. Those who own either edition can begin playing WWE 2K24 right now.

If you pre-ordered or plan to purchase the Standard Edition, then you must wait until Friday, Mar. 8, 2024, to play WWE 2K24.
