WWE 2K24 reveals cool details about upcoming DLC stars including Mr. Perfect

Well-known WWE 2K content creator Assemble got to ask developer Brian Williams some questions about upcoming characters. I like the answers, and I think you will too. Carlito is coming in the Sept. 18 Global Superstars Pack, and Williams confirmed he will have his signature apple. It can be used as a weapon, with moves including taking a bite and spitting it into the face of "people who don't want to be cool."
Joining Carlito in that pack are Jade Cargill, Nia Jax, Michelle McCool, Kairi Saine, Lyra Valkyria, and Dragon Lee. Williams noted that Dragon Lee will be able to lower his kneepad before delivering a knee strike. It's the little touches about this game that I love so much, in addition to the insane roster.
It won't be too long before we see Curt "Mr. Perfect" Hennig in the Nov. 13 WCW Pack. Hennig's ring moniker was legit, there wasn't much he couldn't do in a wrestling ring. Mr. Perfect's immodest name belied the fact that he was really gifted at making his opponent look good.
He was really good at bumping, and WWE 2K24 will acknowledge this by giving him several unique bumps. One of them will come from a hammer throw, and Williams said the others will be a little more difficult to get.
In addition to Perfect, the WCW Pack will include the Iron Sheik, Diamond Dallas Page, the Great Muta and Lex Luger. There have been leaks saying that a Fall Brawl arena might be part of the pack, but Williams didn't confirm that.
I have had so much fun in WWE 2K24. The Showcase Mode takes me back to my childhood, reliving incredible Wrestlemania matches featuring the likes of Ravishing Rick Rude and Macho Man Randy Savage. The roster has a great selection of WWE legends, even including deep cuts like Doink The Clown.
