For the Team Affinity Season Three in MLB The Show 21, San Diego Studios awarded all-star cards for every team, and by god, did this break the game. Not only do two of the most notorious cards in MLB The Show history come from the same Team Affinity season, but they also came from the same Team Affinity division, that being the National League East. The first card we will look at is 98 All-Star Trea Turner.

Turner’s All-Star card had some of the best contact in the game, with 110/125 contact vs RHP/LHP. He had above-average power at 99/85 against both sides. His vision was also great at 96. Of course, Turner was a base path burner with 99 speed and 92 stealing. Even though he only had 72 fielding and 73 arm strength, this was many people’s endgame shortstop, even after they released a 99 Finest Turner. This card was basically a guaranteed stolen base if you got him on, and his power made him a threat to go yard, too.
