This squad just narrowly misses out on being the top squad. FIFA 19's TOTY squad, looking back on it, is historically a changing point in Ultimate Team history. This squad marked the first time Mbappe was included, as well as the last appearances for N'Golo Kante, Marcelo, David De Gea and Neymar Jr who was added as a 12th player later.
Interestingly enough, this squad also didn't have a complete back line with three CBs and no RB. Though, Sergio Ramos was so overpowered that professional players used Ramos at RB off chemistry. This was also Ronaldo's first TOTY appearance as a member of Juventus.
Looking back on it, this was one of the most iconic TOTY squads of all time. Three 99 overall cards, Mbappe, and the stacked lineup of defenders made this squad the second-best of all time.
