The MLB The Show franchise has been around for almost 20 years. That's just wild to think about, and over time, the game covers have changed over the years when it first started in 2006. We will now look at the top 10 covers of all time. Some factors are going into it, and the covers will include originality and design. I also might throw a few covers based on the MVP editions. So here is my ranking of the ten best MLB The Show Covers

10: MLB 06: The Show

Let's start with the first cover of the entire franchise: MLB 06: The Show. While many fancy covers will come later, this one is just a classic. Remember, back then, baseball video games had their athletes just posing, ready to swing, to keep it simple. This cover isn't different, but it has Boston Red Sox designated hitter David Ortiz's home run celebration when he crosses the plate and his form after he swings. It's good, with a significant blue shine effect in the back. Simple, but yet so nostalgic at the same time.
