EA Sports College Football 25 Full Reveal Coming in May, Releases This Summer

The official EA Sports College Football 25 reveal is coming this May after three years of anticipation following the confirmation of the franchise revival.
EA Sports first announced College Football would be returning back in Feb. 2021 and there's been basically radio silence surrounding its return. EA Sports posted an announcement trailer to social media stating that the game is really happening and it's coming this summer. Years and years of waiting is finally coming to an end. Not only do fans have the release to be excited about, but the full reveal will take place this May.

EA Sports College Football 25 Full Reveal Coming in May, Releases This Summer
It's definitely a meme at this point, but the jersey shown at the end with the official game logo has the nameplate, "Yeah, It's Really Happening." Well, now the fans truly do feel like it's actually happening (barring any unforeseen delays which would send the community into a frenzy).
EA Sports' NCAA Football franchise has been dormant since 2013. The last release featured Denard Robinson on the cover.
Fans can't wait to see who stars on the cover in this new era. Though, it wouldn't be surprising if EA Sports opts for a similar feel to FC 24 with multiple athletes. Perhaps even multiple stars with the iconic college football mascots of real life? The Ohio State Athletics X (formerly Twitter) showcased a sneak peek of Brutus Buckeye in game back in November, so doing a team shot of all the major mascots would be awesome.
Madden has become a polarizing franchise in recent years, so adding College Football back into the mix will give fans another option on the market. It is an EA Sports game still, but hopefully there will be major improvements to both franchises moving forward.
It's currently unknown which platforms College Football 25 will be released on, but Madden still comes out on old-generation platforms like PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
