#3 – Tales From The Borderlands
Tales From The Borderlands was received with some skepticism when it was first announced, but the game went on to become one of Telltale’s best projects to date. The game was consistently excellent throughout its five-episode structure, culminating in a thrilling finale.
Featuring rib-tickling humor, great characters, an engaging story and excellent gameplay mechanics, the Borderlands universe proved to be a perfect setting for Telltale’s brand of story-driven game design.
You didn’t need to be a fan of Borderlands to enjoy this. In fact, many players who weren’t so keen on 2K’s shooter became fully invested in the world of Pandora and its inhabitants. That’s a credit to how good this game is.
