4th Quarter

The Broncos could not stop the slow rushing game, with Fozzy Whittaker taking the snaps with such an impressive lead. Mostly four-yard rushes sprinkled in with threes brought the Panthers close enough for a red zone touchdown pass to Greg Olsen. Time was running out for the Broncos to look at least acceptable in defeat. Passes to Sanders, Thomas and Sanders again all couldn’t reach a total of 10 yards, meaning the Broncos had to punt once more.

The Panthers were content to rush the ball until time ran out, were it not for one pass intended for Ginn Jr. that made its way into the arms of Aqib Talib for an interception! Suddenly, the Broncos saw themselves in Panthers territory making passes! That is until Josh Norman did what he usually does with a dagger of an interception. The Panthers rushed slowly, but surely, down the field until the game was over. The Carolina Panthers are the Madden 16 simulation Super Bowl 50 winners!

It isn’t the most exciting of simulated Madden 16 games, but considering that the Broncos were blown out by the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XLVIII by 35 points and the Panthers beat their NFC opponent by 34 points, a 34-0 shutout isn’t completely out of the cards. Best of luck next year, Broncos fans!

On a serious note, we cannot wait to see what happens at Super Bowl 50 on Sunday, Feb. 7. FanSided will have you covered in all the big storylines, plays, injury updates and more on the day of the big game. Good luck to both the Panthers and Broncos!
