Game of the Year #8 – Just Cause 3
Just Cause 3 is just amazing. There are some real frame rate issues, but with the number of explosions happening on screen it is almost understandable. Blowing up a bridge while trains are going across and you see everything blowing to bits does not just happen without drawbacks this early in a system cycle.
Regarding why I love this game? The freedom to just do whatever you want. Instead of side missions, you have a ton of side events you can do. Think more GTA Online than The Witcher 3 or Fallout 4. Leaderboards and online issues aside, this game is really fun and packed to the brim with action you can grow with as you play.
Just Cause 3 comes in at no. 8 on my game of the year list.
