The second game in the Rebel Assault series, The Hidden Empire was unique in the fact that it merged live action filming into its gameplay.
One of the many 90’s Star Wars games that saw players assuming the role of a pilot, Rebel Assault 2 also introduced new ships to the series such as B-Wings and Y-Wings.
The game’s cinematic style was praised highly, although its weaknesses included its low difficulty and linearity.
