New Jersey Devils

The Devils finished rock bottom of this tough division, failing to generate enough offensive threat, while their shaky defense leaked goals. Positives included Adam Henrique and Mike Cammalleri who floated around the 50 point mark, while new acquisition Kyle Palmieri topped the team’s goal charts with 25 goals for the season.

Eric Gelinas and Adam Larsson had shockingly inadequate seasons in defense, with Gelinas suffering from a poor plus-minus record of -32.

Cory Schneider had a fairly good season considering the team’s failures with a 2.5 GAA and a .923 SV%. Backup Kinkaid struggled in Cory’s absence, as the Devils had a season to forget.
