BlizzCon 2014: Goblins Vs Gnomes Coming To Hearthstone

At BlizzCon 2014, Blizzard has just announced the first expansion to the popular online card game based on Warcraft, Hearthstone. Though the lead-up led us all to expect more humans and orcs, turns out the expansion is actually entitled “Goblins vs Gnomes” and will feature the two characteristically silly, but wonderful races, and tons of cards connected to them, including the “exploding sheep” and more. Many of the cards shown briefly seem to feature the gadgets and mechanisms that these two races are famous for creating.

Goblins vs Gnomes is in its final stages of testing and will be out next month. Those who are lucky enough to be at BlizzCon this year can play the expansion there. Good on Blizzard for bringing some love for two of the quirkiest races in Azeroth.
