This was a very one-sided affair. Washington’s defense was simply too much for New York to handle, as the Giants were held to just 145 yards of total offense, and had just six first-downs all game.
Washington was led by their ground game on offense, with running back Alfred Morris racking up 103 yards and two touchdowns on just 17 carries. Washington ended the game with more rushing yards (163) than the Giants had in total offense.
