Even though he has a Super Bowl ring in his collection, one question continues to dog Joe Flacco: is Joe Flacco an elite quarterback in the NFL? Well, he’s not a top player for the Ravens in Madden 15, so stats-wise EA doesn’t seem to think so. Either way, he now has Steve Smith as an offensive threat (87 Overall), along with some elite defensive players in Haloti Ngata (92) and Lardarius Webb (90), providing the Ravens with a healthy 84 Overall team rating.
