Is 99 good? I’d like to think that’s pretty damned good for J.J. Watt. Donny Moore, who is the Madden 15 player ratings “Czar,” is so high on him that he said that “If we didn’t have a cap on it, Watt might be rated somewhere north of 105 OVR.” Seriously, though, his rating stats reflect this. The 99 Power Moves, 98 Block Shedding and 98 Tackle emanate this motion very well.
