EA Sports is being rather mysterious about how they tabulated the Madden 15 player ratings for Vernon Davis. Other than his 90 Speed, all we know is that he has a 94 overall and that he’s a top-ten Run Blocking tight end player. Perhaps it’s his blinding speed that has been doing the magic for him, as his 13 touchdowns put him as the top receiving threat for the 49ers, almost doubling second place (Anquan Boldin). Thankfully, for both real life fans and the EA Sports developers, he reported to camp yesterday and prevented a longer holdout; they need him in San Fran.
