Madden 15 Player Ratings: FB Rankings Revealed

While Kuhn has the abilities to rush and receive, in addition to his blocking abilities, the Packers have opted not to rely as heavily on #30 as much in recent times. Regardless, he still ranks first among the fullbacks list in Pass Blocking, as well as coming in at third in Awareness. More importantly, as a Packers fans, Kuhn was instrumental in a crucial drive against the Bears last year to win the NFC North division for his team.

On 4th and 1 on the Packers’ 22 yard line with less than 4 minutes left in the 4th quarter, they opt to go for it and hand it off to Kuhn, who just squeaks enough yardage to get the 1st down. Later on in that drive, the Packers have less than 2 minutes to score in a 28-27 game, and are at 4th and 8 yards on the Bears’ 48 yard line. The Bears opt to provide man-to-man coverage on the receivers and blitz with seven defenders against QB Aaron Rodgers. Julius Peppers would have sacked Rodgers were it not for Kuhn’s last-second cut block across the field, allowing Rodgers to escape the pocket and toss it to the open Randall Cobb for the game/division-winning touchdown.

No doubt will John Kuhn have the ability to replicate that magic in Madden 15 this year.
