3. Pier Solar HD: Unlike most of the other games on this list, Pier Solar, an indie homage to our favorite 16-bit rpgs (and had already come out on the Genesis in its initial release, but since it was such a limited release I’m not really counting that), is coming to nearly every platform. It’s even coming to Dreamcast. This makes it all the more annoying because it should’ve been out by now, but has been held up due to certification issues. Hopefully they will get those ironed out soon, and we’ll be able to play this great-looking classic style JRPG on our platform of choice soon.
