REPORT: DriveClub Director Has Left Evolution Studios

The issues for DriveClub continue to mount. After being delayed and seeing layoffs at development studio Evolution, word is now coming out that the game’s development director has also left the studio.

According to a report from VideoGamer, Col Rodgers has left the studio. The report states that Rodgers left the studio back in February to form indie developer Big Red Switch Games, and it is not due to the layoffs at Evolution.

GameSided has reached out to Sony for a comment on the matter.

Mike’s Musings: If the report that he left in February is true, then this could be a big reason as to why the game is undergoing creative changes. It’ll be interesting if we see DriveClub this year, if at all.
